Refund policy
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited nature of our releases, Vie Athletica does not accept cancellations or returns on headcovers. This policy helps ensure fairness for all customers and prevents issues related to resellers canceling orders when items do not sell out immediately.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Before shipment, every item undergoes a full quality control inspection. We carefully examine each product and value craftsmanship at every stage. However, if you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of delivery.
· We will replace the item with the same product, subject to stock availability.
· If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
· In these cases, Vie Athletica will cover all return and reshipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted In the Following Cases
- Returns requested for customer-related reasons (e.g., size issues, differences from images, incorrect orders).
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used or worn.
- Items with dirt, damage, or scratches caused by the customer.
- Items not returned in their original packaging.

Refund Method
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details. Refunds via registered mail are not available.
Overseas Orders
- Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted for international orders.
- Cancellations: International orders may be canceled before shipping only. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has shipped.
