Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship worldwide, including Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and China.

Shipping Costs
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200 and free international shipping on orders over $500.
Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected carrier. We work with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. International shipping rates and delivery times are determined by the carrier at checkout.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- In-stock items ship from our warehouse within 3 business days after an order is placed.
- Pre-orders may take approximately 2–3 weeks to ship, depending on demand.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS.
- Delivery typically takes 1–10 days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Delivery dates cannot be specified.
- Shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of order value, and are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.
- Some countries or regions may not be eligible for delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the shipping or handling costs. Customs fees vary by country, so please consult your local customs authority for estimated costs.
All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import charges, the original shipping cost, any customs or brokerage fees incurred, and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Changes, Returns & Cancellations (International Orders)
- Delivery address or recipient details may be changed before shipping only. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
- Cancellations are accepted before shipping only. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
